1. Who we are and what this policy covers
DIVID AI TECH LLC (“DIVID.AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”), Yerevan, Armenia, owns and operates the website divid.ai and the products described on it (together, the “Services”):
- the website divid.ai, including its demo booking and contact forms;
- DIVID Planner (also called “DIVID Savings & Investment Planner”), our planning tool for individuals, which you use on the web in DIVID Workspace at workspace.divid.ai, with account pages on auth.divid.ai (see section 11);
- the Market Insights Journal and Reporter, our engine for automatically drafted market articles;
- Planning Module, our white-label financial-planning module that brokerages build into their client apps;
- ReksadanaAi ProSales, our assistant for mutual-fund sales teams, including shared proposal pages;
- Fund Compare API and the Engine (market data, simulation and optimisation services);
- our Telegram assistants (DIVID AI Bot, DIVID Assist Bot and related bots).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and what choices you have. By using the Services or providing information to us, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.
When a brokerage, asset manager or other business (“Business Customer”) uses our products for its own clients under a separate agreement, we process the client data it puts into our products on behalf of that Business Customer and on its instructions. In that case the Business Customer’s own privacy notice applies to its clients, and our agreement with the Business Customer governs how we handle that data.
2. Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account in one of our products, we collect your name, your email address and the details you choose to give us, such as your role and company for our business products. The divid.ai website itself has no sign-in. DIVID Planner uses DIVID’s own sign-in on workspace.divid.ai and auth.divid.ai, where we store your password only as a one-way hash (see section 11.3).
- Business contact information. When you book a demo, write to us or start a pilot, we collect your name, work email, company, position and the content of your messages.
- Information you enter into our products.
- In Planning Module: the answers to the planning interview, such as currencies, income, expenses, savings, deposits, existing holdings, goals, risk attitude and market views, and the plans and explanations generated from them.
- In ReksadanaAi ProSales: client profiles entered by sales managers (goals, risk profile, horizon, liquidity needs, existing fund holdings, preferences) and the proposals generated from them. Profiles are designed to work without client names or contact details, and shared proposal pages show no personal data.
- In Fund Compare API: the answers to a short questionnaire and the identifiers of the funds being compared.
- In Telegram assistants: your Telegram user identifier, language, the tickers you ask about and portfolios entered as percentage weights, without amounts.
- In Reporter: the tickers, formats and editorial settings chosen by the Business Customer’s editors.
- Usage and log data. We collect technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, requests made and approximate location derived from the IP address.
- Cookies and local storage. The divid.ai website uses Google Analytics cookies, which show us how the site is used. If your device is set to a time zone in Europe or in one of the other places listed in “Cookies and analytics” below, they are set only if you accept them; everywhere else they are on unless you decline them in the site’s cookie banner. The site also keeps your cookie choice and, while Google Analytics is on, the campaign tag of the link you arrived from in your browser (see “Cookies and analytics” below). Our products that you sign in to use only the cookies needed for sign-in and security (for DIVID Planner and Workspace, see section 11.5). You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in to those products may then stop working.
We do not collect or process payment card details or government-issued identification numbers through the Services. Please do not enter such information into our products.
Workspace waitlist
Workspace (workspace.divid.ai) is our web app where you build, save and change your DIVID Planner plans. It is open now, so the waitlist we had on divid.ai is closed and we don’t collect waitlist requests.
- Earlier sign-ups. People who joined our waitlist through the old sign-up form created an account with Clerk, Inc., the sign-in provider we used then, a company in the United States. We are moving those records into our own database and then deleting them at Clerk. We don’t send them emails about Workspace. We delete the moved records within 180 days after we moved them.
Cookies and analytics
Every page of divid.ai, including the DIVID Planner pages at divid.ai/planner, shows a cookie banner until you make a choice. What it offers depends on the time zone your device is set to: the site checks it inside your browser and sends nothing anywhere to find out where you are. In this section, Google Analytics is “on” for you if you chose Accept or OK, or if the site doesn’t need to ask you first, as described below, and you haven’t chosen Decline.
- In Europe and some other places. If your device is set to a time zone in Europe (including the EU, the UK and Switzerland), in an overseas region of the EU or a French overseas territory, in Quebec or Ontario in Canada, or in China, South Korea, India, Turkey or Russia, the banner offers two equal choices, Accept and Decline. Nothing from Google loads and no cookie is set unless you choose Accept. The same applies wherever you are if the site can’t tell your time zone, if your device reports only UTC, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
- Everywhere else. In all other places, including the United States, the site starts Google Analytics when the page opens. The banner tells you so and offers two choices, OK and Decline.
- When Google Analytics is on. The site loads Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC. It sets two first-party cookies, named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code, which hold a random ID for your browser and last up to 2 years after your last visit. Google Analytics then records which pages you view and which buttons and links you click, such as “Start your plan”, “Sign in”, “Add to Claude”, “Book a demo”, copying the connector address, opening a question in an FAQ and links to other sites. With each event it records the page address, the page you came from, the campaign tags of the link you arrived from (such as utm_campaign), your browser, device type, screen size and language, and your approximate location. We don’t send Google your email address, your name, anything you type or your planning answers.
- No advertising. We have turned off Google’s advertising features for divid.ai: no advertising cookies, no ad personalisation and no Google signals. We don’t use this data to show you ads, and we don’t sell it or share it for advertising.
- Your IP address. Your browser sends it to Google with these requests, as with any website. Google uses it to work out your approximate location, such as your country and city. According to Google, Google Analytics doesn’t log or store IP addresses.
- Sign-ups and first plans. While Google Analytics is on, the links from divid.ai to Workspace, such as “Start your plan” and “Sign in”, may carry the random Google Analytics IDs of your browser and of your visit. When you then create a DIVID account, our server may tell Google Analytics about it, with those IDs, how you signed up (password or Google), where (for example in Workspace or in Claude) and the campaign tags of your visit. When you build your first plan, it may tell Google Analytics that too, and whether you built it in Workspace or in Claude. This shows us which pages and campaigns bring people to DIVID Planner. It never sends your email address, name, account ID, IP address or planning data. We keep your browser’s Google Analytics ID with the record of your sign-up only until your first plan is built, and for no more than 30 days.
- Counts without an ID. If you came to sign up from divid.ai but those IDs didn’t come with you, for example because Google Analytics was off or your browser blocks it, our server may still count your new account in Google Analytics, and later your first plan, with the same details. Instead of your browser’s ID, each of these two events gets a new random ID that is made for that one event and never kept. Nothing is stored on or read from your device for this, and the count isn’t linked to you, your browser or your visit. This also happens if you chose Decline, because it uses no cookies and nothing in your browser.
- If you decline, or change your mind. If you choose Decline, the site stops Google Analytics, deletes its cookies and doesn’t load it again. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every divid.ai page. Data already sent stays in Google Analytics until it is deleted as described below.
- What the site keeps in your browser. Your choice is kept in your browser’s local storage under the name divid_consent_v1, not in a cookie, until you change it or clear your browser’s data for divid.ai. It is written only when you click one of the banner’s buttons. While Google Analytics is on and you arrive from a link with a campaign tag, the site also keeps that tag (utm_campaign) in the session storage of that browser tab under the name divid_campaign_v1, so that a later click on “Start your plan” or “Sign in” can pass it on to Workspace. It holds only the campaign name, never an ID, and it is gone when you close the tab. We receive the tag only when you click one of those links.
- Why and on what basis. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages, buttons and campaigns help people find and start using our products. Where the site asks you first, we do it only with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time as described above. Everywhere else we do it unless you choose Decline. We count sign-ups and first plans without an ID on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing which pages and campaigns work, and you can object as described in section 11.11.
- Who processes it and where. Google processes this data for us as our service provider. It may process it in the United States and other countries. For data from the European Union, the UK and Switzerland, Google relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, its UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and otherwise on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
- How long. Google Analytics keeps the data linked to your browser’s ID, and the counts without an ID, for 14 months and then deletes them. After that, only totals remain, such as the number of visits in a month.
3. How we use your information
- To provide the Services: to create and manage accounts and the waitlist, run plans, simulations, comparisons and proposals, generate explanations and articles, and provide support.
- To communicate with you: to answer your requests, arrange demos and pilots, and send service-related messages such as security notices or changes to this policy.
- To improve the Services: to analyse performance, fix errors and understand how the Services are used, using aggregated or de-identified data where possible.
- For legal compliance and protection: to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, and detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
4. AI processing
Some features send data to third-party AI model providers to write explanations, descriptions and article drafts. We send only the information needed for the task, such as the calculated facts of a plan or the parameters of a proposal, not account credentials. The numbers in our products are calculated by our own simulation engine; the AI model only turns them into text. DIVID Planner has no AI model provider of its own: in Workspace on the web, no AI model sees your answers or plans. If you use DIVID Planner in Claude, its tools send your plan results back to Claude, which you use under your own agreement with Anthropic (see section 11.7).
5. Sharing your information
We share information only in limited ways:
- Service providers: hosting and infrastructure, authentication, email, calendar and scheduling, website analytics (Google Analytics, as described in “Cookies and analytics” in section 2), AI model providers and market-data providers that help us operate the Services. They may use the data only to provide their services to us and must protect it.
- Business Customers: if you use our product through a brokerage or other Business Customer, the information you enter is available to that Business Customer.
- Corporate transactions: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to confidentiality obligations and applicable law.
- Legal and regulatory: if required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property and safety of our users or others.
We do not sell personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
6. International transfers
Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country. When we transfer information across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.
7. Data retention and security
- Retention: we keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, for as long as an account or agreement is active, or as required by law. Data processed for a Business Customer is kept and deleted according to our agreement with it.
- Security: we use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you share information at your own risk.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to its processing and to receive a copy of it. To exercise these rights, write to welcome@divid.ai. If your data was entered into our product by a Business Customer, please contact that Business Customer first; we will help it respond. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
9. Children
The Services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.
10. No investment advice
All our products are decision-support and information tools. Articles in the Market Insights Journal are created automatically by Reporter and released by an editor; plans, forecasts, comparisons and proposals are the results of simulations. None of them constitutes investment, financial or trading advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, and past performance does not guarantee future results. See our Risk warning.
11. DIVID Planner
11.1 What this section covers
This section applies to DIVID Planner, also called “DIVID Savings & Investment Planner”. It covers DIVID Workspace, our web app at workspace.divid.ai where you create your account and build, save and change your plans; the account pages on auth.divid.ai; and the DIVID Planner connector and plugin for Claude and their plan pages, when they are available. For DIVID Planner, DIVID AI TECH LLC decides why and how your data is used (it is the “controller”). Where this section differs from the rest of this policy, this section applies to DIVID Planner.
11.2 What we receive from Claude
When you use DIVID Planner in Claude, we receive only what Claude sends to our tools: your planning answers, your plan requests (for example, “build my plan” or “what if I spend $200 less a month”) and the names you give your plans. We don’t receive or store your Claude conversation, Claude’s memory or your files. Anthropic’s handling of your chats is covered by Anthropic’s own privacy policy.
11.3 Account data
When you create a DIVID account or connect DIVID Planner, we collect:
- your e-mail address and whether you have verified it;
- your name, if you give it or your Google account shares it;
- if you choose “Continue with Google”: your Google account ID, name and e-mail address (we don’t get your Google password or any other Google data);
- if you sign in with a password: a one-way hash of your password (we never store the password itself);
- your acknowledgement: which version of the DIVID Planner acknowledgement you accepted, when, a fingerprint of its text, where you accepted it (Workspace or the app you connected) and your IP address at that moment;
- if you connect an app, such as Claude: which app, and the access tokens we issued to it, stored only as hashes;
- a security log of account events, such as sign-ups, sign-ins, failed sign-ins, password changes, connections, disconnections and account deletion.
11.4 Planning data
We store the answers you give in the planning interview: income and tax rates, spending and the names you give expense items, savings, CDs and T-bills, holdings you choose to enter (their value and, if you want, a ticker or name), planned big purchases, debts where the planner asks for them, goals, the types of investments you allow, companies you pick, your risk choices and market views, whether you have insurance, and optional short notes. We also store what is made from your answers: plan drafts and their earlier versions, calculations, what-if scenarios and saved plans.
Please don’t enter account numbers, Social Security numbers or other ID numbers anywhere in DIVID Planner, including in notes and names.
11.5 Technical data
- Server logs. Time, IP address, the page or tool called, the result, a request ID and a random account ID (never your e-mail address or name). We never log your planning answers, tool results, passwords, codes or tokens.
- Usage records. Events such as “account created”, “signed in”, “draft started”, “plan built”, “plan saved” and “plan opened”, with the time, the app you used (Workspace on the web or Claude) and how you got there (for example from our website, Claude or one of our e-mails, with the campaign tags of the link, such as utm_campaign). We use them to apply usage limits, keep the service working and count usage. If Google Analytics was on for you on divid.ai, the record of your sign-up also holds the random Google Analytics ID your browser brought from divid.ai, until your first plan is built and for no more than 30 days (see “Cookies and analytics” in section 2).
- Short-lived request copies. When Workspace or Claude sends a change, such as saving your answers, we keep a copy of our reply for 24 hours. If the same request arrives again, we send the same reply instead of making the change twice. The copy may contain your answers.
- Security check at sign-up. When you create an account with an e-mail address and a password, the sign-up form runs Cloudflare Turnstile to stop automated sign-ups. Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical details of your browser and device, such as its user agent, and tells us only whether the check passed. We don’t receive or store the details Cloudflare collects.
- Cookies. workspace.divid.ai and auth.divid.ai each use only the cookies needed for sign-in and security: a session cookie that lasts up to 7 days and a security cookie that blocks forged requests. Neither site shares them with other sites. When you sign out, Workspace leaves a note in that browser tab so that it doesn’t sign you back in; the note holds no personal data and goes away when you close the tab. Workspace and auth.divid.ai run no analytics or advertising scripts. The DIVID Planner pages on divid.ai (divid.ai/planner) are part of our website: they use Google Analytics cookies as the cookie banner there describes: in Europe and the other places listed there only if you accept them, elsewhere unless you decline them (see “Cookies and analytics” in section 2). Because these sites all belong to divid.ai, your browser may then send the Google Analytics cookie to workspace.divid.ai and auth.divid.ai too.
11.6 How we use your data and why
- To provide DIVID Planner: to run your account, build, save and show your plans, and answer your support requests. This is needed to provide the service you asked for (contract).
- To keep it secure and working: to prevent abuse (including the security check on the sign-up form), apply usage limits, find and fix errors, and keep security logs (our legitimate interests).
- To understand usage: to count usage in aggregated, de-identified form, for example how many plans were built in a week or how many people came from our website, and to improve DIVID Planner (our legitimate interests). You can object by writing to welcome@divid.ai.
- To measure our website and campaigns: to tell Google Analytics that a visit led to a new account or a first plan, without your e-mail address, name, account ID or planning data (see “Cookies and analytics” in section 2). When your browser’s Google Analytics ID comes with your sign-up, this is based on your consent where the site asks you first and on our legitimate interests elsewhere; either way you can turn it off with “Cookie settings” on divid.ai. Counts without any ID are based on our legitimate interests, and you can object by writing to welcome@divid.ai.
- To keep records: to keep proof that you accepted the acknowledgement and our terms, and to meet legal duties (our legitimate interests and legal obligations).
- To send account e-mails: verification codes, password resets, notices about sign-up or password-reset attempts for your address, and deletion confirmations. DIVID Planner sends no marketing e-mail. If we ever want to send it, we will ask for your consent first.
We don’t use your planning data for advertising or to train AI models. We don’t make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects based only on automated processing: DIVID Planner shows you model estimates, and you make your own decisions.
11.7 Who we share it with
We share DIVID Planner data only with:
- our hosting provider, which runs our servers in the European Union and stores the data for us;
- Google, only if you choose “Continue with Google”: Google confirms who you are and sends us your name, e-mail address and Google account ID;
- our e-mail provider, which delivers account e-mails to your address;
- Cloudflare, only when you sign up with an e-mail address and a password: it runs the security check on the sign-up form (see 11.5) and also uses what it collects to improve its bot detection, under its own privacy terms;
- Google Analytics: it receives the events described in “Cookies and analytics” in section 2, those from your browser only while Google Analytics is on for you on divid.ai, and counts of new accounts and first plans that carry no ID of you, your browser or your visit. It processes them for us as our service provider;
- authorities, courts and others when the law requires it, or a buyer or successor in a merger or sale of our business, as described in section 5.
When you use DIVID Planner in Claude, our tools send your plan results back to Claude so it can show them to you. Anthropic handles them under your own agreement with Anthropic. No AI model provider receives your planner data from DIVID in any other way.
We don’t sell or rent your data, don’t use it for advertising, and don’t share it with brokers, fund companies or other financial firms.
11.8 Internal alerts
Our team gets operational alerts about new sign-ups, first plans and errors in a private work chat on Telegram. The alerts contain no personal data: only the type of event, counts, the server and the time. They never include your e-mail address or any part of it, your name, IP address, account ID or financial data.
11.9 Where your data is stored
Our servers, including backups and monitoring, are in the European Union. DIVID AI TECH LLC is based in Armenia, and our team accesses the data from there to run and support the service. Google, Cloudflare and our e-mail provider may process data in other countries, including the United States. When personal data is transferred across borders, we use the safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
11.10 How long we keep it
| Data | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Saved plans | Until you delete the plan or your account. Deleted plans are removed within 30 days. |
| Unfinished or archived drafts | 90 days after the last change |

| Calculation results with no personal details | 7 days after no plan uses them |
| Short-lived request copies | 24 hours, then deleted within a day |
| Usage records | 13 months |
| Google Analytics data from divid.ai, including counts of sign-ups and first plans | 14 months in Google Analytics; its cookies last up to 2 years after your last visit, or until you choose Decline in “Cookie settings”. | Sign-in session | Up to 7 days |
| Backups | Deleted data leaves our backups within 8 weeks |
11.11 Your choices and rights
- See or get a copy of your data. Write to welcome@divid.ai from the e-mail address of your DIVID account. We’ll send you a copy in a common machine-readable format (JSON).
- Correct your data. Change your answers in the planner at any time, or write to us.
- Delete a plan. Choose Delete next to the plan in My plans in Workspace, or write to us and name the plan, and we’ll delete it.
- Delete your account and all your plans. Write to welcome@divid.ai from the e-mail address of your DIVID account, and we’ll delete your account and all your plans. Your account and planner data are removed within 30 days and leave our backups within 8 weeks. We keep only the record of your acknowledgement, without the IP address, for 3 years, and security-log entries, with your name and e-mail address removed, for 12 months.
- Disconnect. If you use DIVID Planner in Claude, disconnecting it in Claude, or at auth.divid.ai/account/connections/, stops its access but doesn’t delete your DIVID data.
- Analytics cookies. Choose “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any divid.ai page and then Decline. This stops Google Analytics on divid.ai, deletes its cookies and stops the sign-up and first-plan events that carry your browser’s Google Analytics ID. Counts without an ID, described in section 2, don’t depend on cookies; to object to them, see the next point.
- Object or restrict. Write to us to object to usage counting, including the counts without an ID that we send to Google Analytics, or to ask us to restrict how we use your data. If you object to usage counting, we stop recording your page views and visits for it and leave you out of our statistics.
Depending on where you live, for example in the EU, the UK, California or another US state, the law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, receive or restrict your data, and to object to how we use it. We honour these requests from every user, wherever they live, and reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the request from your account e-mail. We don’t sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we won’t treat you differently for using your rights. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
11.12 Security
All connections use encryption in transit (TLS). We store passwords and access tokens only as hashes, check every request against the account that owns the data, keep the planner services on a private network, and limit staff access to what is needed to run the service. Backups stay on our servers in the European Union with restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11.13 Children
DIVID Planner is only for people 18 or older. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it. If you think this has happened, write to welcome@divid.ai.
11.14 Contact
For privacy questions and requests about DIVID Planner, write to welcome@divid.ai or to DIVID AI TECH LLC at the postal address in section 13.
11.15 Changes to this section
If we change this section in a way that matters, for example what we collect, who we share it with or how we use it, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and ask you to accept the DIVID Planner acknowledgement again before you continue.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, give additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the change takes effect means that you accept the updated policy.
